The lawsuit, stated by the class action of New Car Dealers, claim that TRUECar.com, has made False / Misleading advertising claims, by leading consumers to believe that once on the website TRUECar.com, they can print a voucher, giving the consumer, a FINAL Sales Price for there NEW Car, and that all negotiations are done.
